- Louisa Lambert Added January 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is non existent at this store. First visit to have eye test and we were ignored by staff. When we complained that we had been waiting for more than an hour the response we got was that the other clients were there first, dispite the fact that we had made an appointment and we in store long before the other clients. On collection it took 3 shop attendants to eventually find the glasses as it seems their filing system is as effective as the staff. Will not be making the mistake of returning to this store.
