  Kristy H has been my property manager for the past 3-4 years and she has been amazing. Throughout the last few years she has handled my investment property with minimal input from myself which has been wonderful. But when I needed her recently to help me navigate selling the unit she was more that helpful and always there for me even if it was her day off (although I didn't know this at the time that's how professional she is) and several times a day. Nothing was too much trouble for her she went above and beyond.
  I would have no hesitation in recommending Kristy and her team. Thank you

  Fantastic real estate, I cannot speak highly enough of Gigi the property manager. She is extremely accomodating, flexible and willing to help. Great company.

  I have had an amazing experience with Kristy as my property manager. Her real estate knowledge and great communication skills make her a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always has a pleasant demeanour. I cannot rate her highly enough.

  Our property manager Lauren Wood is really good at what she does. We have been with her for over 3 years and no complaints from us. If we ever needed anything (property maintenance, tenancy ledger etc) we always receive a response within hours of sending the email. She provides sound advice post inspection to ensure we keep our property well maintained and if maintenance was requested by us, the work would get done within the week. I couldn’t fault her work, she’s professional, efficient and a great person overall!

  I was fortunate enough to have Gigi Paea as my property manager. Gigi’s communication and dealings with issues (minimal) over the 2year period in which I was a tenant was always sorted and or adhered too amicably.
  
  We appreciated Gigi’s professionalism and respect during our dealings with her.
